Offline-First Field Service App Replaces Procore for Mid-Market Builder

Procore's pricing was eating into project margins, and field workers struggled with the app when working in remote areas with no cellular connection. Data was frequently lost or delayed.

We developed a custom mobile application using React Native and Turso (libSQL) to enable true offline-first capabilities. Field workers can log hours, take photos, and update statuses without an internet connection. The app syncs seamlessly with the custom Next.js backend once a connection is restored.

The client stopped paying massive per-project fees to SaaS vendors. The offline-first architecture completely eliminated data loss from the field.
